The Digital Edition Package

Kick-off call or questionnaire to fill out, to prepare for our work together, and to gather all information and files needed
eBook conversion only (paperback/hardback not included).
Deliverables: reflowable EPUB, according to your publishing platform’s specs.
Wrap-up email with instructions for the next steps.

Authors who want their manuscript turned into an eBook format only.
Authors who have a limited budget, and wish to start with the eBook first then come back to produce the print version later.

If we are a good fit to work together on your book, I will send you a proposal with what’s included, the estimated timeline, the total investment, and the terms and conditions.
Once you approve the proposal, you will receive the agreement and deposit invoice to book your spot in my calendar.
After your booking is confirmed, I will email you to let you know what files and information you need to gather before we kick off our work together!

Custom formatting: Available if some sections of the book require different treatment, such as handwritten notes, text messages, recipes, different sections, etc.
Illustration: To present different options to add on chapter opening pages.
Complex layout: For books that include a lot of non-text objects, footnotes, endnotes, that contain an index, or that have requirements outside of the norm.
Extra word count: For books over 100K words.
The Ready-to-Publish Package

Questionnaire to fill out to prepare for our work together, and to gather all information and files needed.
A selection of different elements to choose from, including examples of page layouts, and formatting options. You will be able to then mix and match the elements to your liking for the creation of your book interior. (Illustrations not included.)
Your choice of one size from the selection of standard print dimensions.
eBook conversion.
Deliverables: ready-to-print PDF(s) and reflowable EPUB, according to your printer’s or publishing platform’s specs.
Wrap-up email with instructions for next steps.

Font research: To use fonts for the chapter titles/subtitles that are the same, or that look like the ones, from the cover design (in case you can’t provide font names or the font itself).
Second size: In case you are printing the book in two different formats (eg. paperback and hardback).
The Customized Typesetting Package

Kick-off meeting to prepare our work together and to go through all information and files needed.
Help to put together a realistic timeline that includes cover design, typesetting, and proofreading.
2–4 samples of custom page layouts to choose from.
Copyright and About the Author page templates.
Guidance with structuring the front and back matter of the book.
Typesetting for print (up to 2 sizes: paperback + hardcover).
Conversion to eBook.
Deliverables: ready-to-print PDF(s) and reflowable EPUB, according to your printer’s or publishing platform’s specs.
Lead magnet eBook: to use in marketing campaigns, it contains the first few chapters of the book and a call to action page at the end, to entice readers to buy a copy of the full book.
Wrap-up call: instructions for the next steps and a list of people who can assist with the upload of the files to the publishing platforms, as well as book marketing.
